Start and end shifts
One tap starts a shift on the vehicle and route the fleet manager assigned.
Declare cash in seconds
Enter passengers and cash collected. The app shows what the set fare would give, so differences are clear.
Share location on shift only
The phone sends its position every 20 seconds while the driver is on shift — never off shift.
Report an incident
Breakdowns, accidents or safety concerns go straight to the fleet manager, with a response timer.
Licence reminders and messages
Drivers see when their PSV licence expires and read messages from their fleet manager.
Conductors too
Conductors join the driver's shift by plate number and declare cash separately.

Every declaration, side by side with the set fare.
Declarations appear in Driver Operations as soon as they're sent. Approve the ones that look right and they flow into the day's fares. Reject the rest. Who's on shift and any open incidents are on the same screen.

What the app doesn't do
- It doesn't take payments or hold money. Cash declarations are records, not payments.
- It doesn't track drivers when they're off shift.
- It doesn't issue fines or penalise drivers automatically.
