VECTRA never deducts fines, never suspends a licence and never issues tickets. Those powers belong to the authorities and the courts.
Honest about connections
Every outside system is shown as not connected until a real agreement is in place. Demonstration data is always labelled.
Made for Barbados
Follows the Road Traffic Act, Cap. 295.
VECTRA uses the Act's own terms: route taxis, maxi-taxis, PSV permits, road licences, fixed penalties and demerit points. It keeps an alleged offence, a ticket and a conviction clearly apart, and shows dispute rights.
